Some of you are still undeciding which strands you want, But it’s OKAY ! I’m here willing to help you to decide on what track you should choose from the following :

○You should choose HUMSS as your strand because it can helps you a lot and improve your skills, and you will develop the ability to think critically, communicate effectively and many more that needed for students who want to take up journalism, education, and other social science related courses in college.

HUMSS strands is one of the academic tracks of senior high school of our country ( PHILIPPINES ).
this strand focuses on oral communication, media and information, and enhancing your reading, and writing skills. Expect there’s a lot of research and presentation involves in this strand, too. So you better ready yourself of it.

What is HUMSS strand about?
HUMSS stands for Humanities and Social Science.
This strand focuses on the study of human behavior and Societal changes, and analysis of arts, culture, literature, and politics, these are interesting topics.
It involve’s political science, anthropology, linguistic, psychology and communication .

When i was junior high school student, I thought HUMSS strand is boring, But i’m wrong.
HUMSS is interesting, exciting and enjoyable strand I ever known. If i were you should choose HUMSS and I’m pretty sure you will enjoy this strand, too. And no regrets in the future.

1 year ago i heard from anonymous student he said to one student that HUMSS is easiest strand of all strands. To tell you he is DEFINITELY WRONG.
A BIG WRONG. ALL STRANDS ARE NOT EASY!
If you want to survive of this strand , You must study hard, always keep positive and pursue your dream whatever stumbling block here’s to stop you or put you down , FIGHT IT.

Some students said HUMSS is easy because you won’t be dealing in too many numbers ( MATH ).But you will be dealing with tons of hand-outs and reading on various subject. It’s also has many positive side called ADVANTAGES.

○YOU CAN BUILD AND BOOST YOURSELF CONFIDENCE.

HUMSS strand will challenge us and giving a chance to experience the things we can enjoy with our classmates that can’t be happen to others strand.
Some students said YOU’RE JUST A HUMSS. THEY DON’T KNOW THAT HUMSS SERVES A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES WE CAN GET IN THE FUTURE.

If you want to be of us, don’t listen to other people says, Show that you are brave enough to accept this challenge in your life, Show that you can survive this strand, Show that you can be One of Us, BE A HUMANISTA!
